I think you've answered your own question, good keyword combination of "cheap" and "diet pills", unfortunately, with it being a .info, reg fee if that.

However, develop this into a site and I can certainly see it being more valuable, especially since "diet" is a very popular paying keyword.

keywords are good, nobody wants to pay a fortune for diet pills, so the name is catchy, but if you can provide information and links, you can far outweigh your renewal fee in profits, and create value for your site, I would say you could get $20 for it.
