My German relatives (they actually live there) never ever ever call it a car, they call it an auto. So you have an English phrase on a german cctld. I dont see the appeal of the use. the .fr and .it just to pick two out of the blue are available, huge red flag to me. Regfee without more evidence.

Value should be 0, but I have seen many of this type of domains being resold in mid $xx to the domainer community.

Single word english domain in .de have some good value

like Car.de + Insurance.de + Quotes.de , but not CarInsuranceQuotes.de..
