I actually just checked in the trademark registry and none of these specific things are TMed. I could be missing them. Can someone point me in the right direction.

age of empires and fast and furious have some types of trademarks there the maclaren quest baby stroller by the maclaren baby company. it a slippery slope dealing with these types of names you can be ok on them until you use them for the real reason you reg them. For example the fastandfurious5 does not have "The" in it like the trademark movie/games (as I understand it) but what else would you use it for? And when you do use it for that the case against you gets stronger.

age of empires is listed on microsoft's trademark page. Keep reading in the legal section and figure out your own opinion, and risk vs reward stratgy

Technically No,But Parking and such do not take the chance they suspend DN,I have had tm issues with what I thought were good DNs. deleted them without refund .Grace period delete if you can. Some companies are vicious in regards to Trade Mark Law.

Hey, seeing as you are new to the domain scene, welcome! These domains are trademarked so I suggest dont register anymore and try and delete these. If you look at Microsofts history they will quickly serve you up papers for domains like this. I still remember the MikeRoweSoft case with a teenage boy from my home province of BC. I would suggest you do more research on what makes a good domain name and focus on generics and other non TM names. Good luck!
