Just for example, how does a dutch keyword.tv rank in google.nl (dutch ext) ???

Im working on the presentation to investors right now, then it striked me i didnt know whats up with search engine ranking etc, (im a noob at this lol) and that is really important so before i go further with this i need some answers hehe

I believe that with excellent up-to-date content and tried & true SEO techniques, one's .TV could achieve a strong presence on Google for its searched term(s), keyword(s), usage, etc. and I don't know that it is in any way penalized in Google's algorithm (though there may be an historical weighting toward the .COM's), or if it's specifically affected insofar as it being a ccTLD - to your question of "how different extension rank in different countrys", IMHO.
I'd recommend the Search Engine & SEO discussions area here for specific tips, as well! :gl:

I have limited experience at this point but I have noticed one of my Spanish .TVs (vestidos de novia) getting organic traffic from Latin America even though it isn't even in the top ten pages of Google/Yahoo US. So apparently the search engines produce different results by country.

Working with a very wonderful coder on a recent project, he stated, quite accurately as it happened, that GoogleJuice is gained, not from the smoke and mirrors of SEO experts, but simply from having a website that has fresh content, has much content, is relevant to its topic, has all the right tags, and has all the right websites linking to it.

The most poignant thing he stated was that Google are very smart - and have seen every trick in the book - plus they KNOW everything relevant on the internet. If you have a good site - they will find it whether it has an extension ending .TV .Com .travel or .whatever!

If your site is the best site in its field - it will be number one. And its happened exactly as he suggested in our own personal case. He said five days and number one - and he was right.

Yep, Google loves fresh content.

Keeping a website up to date with fresh contents is the best way to rank in Google, IMO.

I've also launched sites and had it page one on day one and #1 in a few weeks for high search, competitive search terms. It can be done.
