Hello Dear Friends !

I just watched it and i was really amazed ! Excellent movie and a great end (it is a trilogy thats why it ended) There were some parts where you will laugh out loudly. The scenes were almost as original and all the actors were performing in an awesome way ! I suggest you to watch it as it was really cool and hundred times better than Spider Man 3 !

Thanks

So Keith Richardson from The Rolling Stones any good? I believe he is suppose to be Jack Sparrows father.

Reviews say effects are amazing but the pace is too confusing and the plot falls apart.. still want to see it!

I went opening night (Thursday PM at 8:30 to be exact) with ten friends...and we all thought it sucked. The plot was nonexistant, and it felt like the movie would never end. Oh, and they do tons of little "cutsie" things in an attempt to make people laugh every two minutes (literally). Problem is, most of these things were just plain dumb and made for an annoying three hours.

My advice: Don't see it unless you really liked the second one. I liked the first, the second one was mediocre, and this third one is even worse (I fell asleep even during some of the "action" because it was so lame).

Hm, sometimes I think these movies are just big commercials for the inevitable action toys and video games.. that being the case, they don't need to worry too much about plot.

:bingo:

Movies like this can just ride on the success of the original, and they will make tons of money regardless of whether or not there's even a decent plot. That's why I really can't see Disney putting an end to this series, despite what is said. Same with Spider-man, although I actually enjoyed the 3rd one for the most part.

Wow.. Egnited, I am the total opposite of you.. But wait.. People have different views on the movies.. I LOVED Pirates of the Caribbean the 3rd one.. And I absolutely hated Spider Man 3..

I would strongly suggest you see it.. If you liked the first one or the second one.. I'd go see it.. And even if you didn't like the second one but you liked the first, I would see it..

Hehe, yeah it gets very mixed reviews. ;)

And for the record, I'm glad I saw it...I'd even recommend it to POTC fans. I personally was just disappointed in the lack of even a decent plot.

I thought it was pretty good...

I hadn't seen the first two but this one was entertaining.
