What's the name of the program?

I am looking to download a program which captures screenshots of various parts of a movie file and then adds them into one image file, with the name of the file in it.

The image contains the filenam,e file size, resolution and duration listed at the top and xx number of screenshots from start to end of the movie clip.

Really hope you can help. I can only find examples of the program being used in adult movie clips so cannot paste the product of this program, but can send a link to anybody via PM if you want to see what I mean.

I've been looking for something similar.. I used to have the program and can't recall the name.. I want to extract the frames, cartoonize them, then splice them back into a movie file.. wish I could recall myself! I probably have it on one of my CD archives!
