This custom software allows people to join the site and upload a picture. Every hour the main picture changes, if their picture is seen on the front page then they are able to claim their prize. They have 60 minutes to claim their prize. It also emails all members daily with a list of people that were shown on the front and if they claimed their prize or not.
You can set the prize as anything you want. money, item, anything.
Has an admin area to control users and mark winners as paid.
This does really well with repeat traffic and ad rates have always been good.
