How can I create a Picture hosting site..

Guys, I want to create a picture hosting site! So people can join up and host their pictures w/o any bandwidth restrictions...

is there a prepackaged software I could use??

Check out my signature site. It's using the celerondude script which is pretty easy to set up.

Just want to point out one thing, there is no real unlimited bandwidth restrictions. I think you mean you won't set up limits but when more users are registering they're going to use a lot of the bandwidth of your hosting. So keep that in mind.

Might be good enough for a start, but a dedicated server is needed after the first 1500 uniques a day.
