phpArcadeScript will release the stable version of the Gamepack Installer Addon to its members starting this Friday. It has been in beta testing for the past two weeks and so far the response has been amazing!
What is the Gamepack Installer Addon?

This FREE addon allows phpArcadeScript owners to add games to their arcades in the matter of seconds utilizing a very powerful transfer tool. Even though adding games using phpArcadeScript is already easy, we wanted to take it one step further.
Each week or so phpArcadeScript will release free gamepacks of around 25 to 50 games (these come in the form of text files, so not bulky game downloads!) and all the phpArcadeScript owner has to do is download the text file, place it in the gamepack addon directory and a list of games to install will appear. The script tries to determine if any of the games in the gamepack are currently installed on the arcade and will remove those games from the list. All the arcade owner then has to do is select the category where they wish the game to be installed and click on the 'install' button. The game files (game itself and image) will be transferred* to the owners website along with the game description and keywords in the matter of seconds.
We also hope that this addon will allow for game publishers to release their games to arcade websites a lot faster and easier than ever imagined.
