[Php/mysql/jquery] Rating system needed

Looking for someone to implement a 10 star rating system for directory items on my website gamingonlinux.info.

Should be a pretty simple job. I already have the star images.

Needs to work like this:
Item page shows current rating in stars out of 10.

Hovering over stars and clicking one on adds your rating to it.

Needs to work with the phpbb user system (check they are logged in/registered to be able to vote - also use this to see if they have already voted).
