We are a medium-sized ISP in South Jersey, looking for a decent billing system. We have tried many open source solutions, including Freeside, Ebills, etc., and haven't found a satisfactory solution to our search.
We are looking for someone to design a complex billing system custom to our needs. We have an in-house developer who will supervise the project.
The system would have to be coded in PHP with a MySQL back end. The following features would be needed:
- Invoicing Support
- Billing Support
- Integration with PC Charge Pro and Authorize.net
- Dynamic Account Management with remote ldap and radius server.
- Integrated Tech support system
- Flexible Invoicing such as email, PDF, fax, snail mail, etc.
- Access Control (read only, administrator, read/write on specific fields, etc.)
What is a good price for this system? Should it be posted on rentacoder? Is anyone here interested? Should we just purchase something and modify it?
