I'm looking for a quote on a ratings system similar to the one found on www.rshumor.net or possibly even www.newgrounds.com.
Basically, I want a system where users can vote an image for my site (www.wowhumor.net) up or down. A rating out of 5 would suffice. Then, if that rating was to get rated lower than let's say 2.5 out of over 60% of users (for example) it would be automatically removed with an email informing me of it's deletion (or just the email informing me to remove it due to unpopularity).
I would like to know how much this would cost on it's own, and how much it would cost if I wanted a membership system enabled alongside it (so people have to register an account before rating images, this would also be useful to stop submission spam if the sufficient anti-bot protection is implemented).
And if it would cost me more to have the PHP files have quotes in them to inform me of important information I can freely change (like settings, so I don't have to contact and pay someone every time I want the tiniest thing changed, this may nice to all your developers out there who like money but it's not to people who don't wanna shell out when we already know how to edit PHP files lol).
If it would cost more to get set up to work with my layout (read- layout, not server) then I'd like to know that pricing as well (and I assume in all fairness it would).
