I am selling a website of mine I have lost motivation to run and as I do not really like running website as I do making them I decided I'll go ahead and sell it. It is completely PHP driven and is very easy to customize using simple html in the header and footer files, also the news.txt file is read by the software and is put into the news panel on the front page. Very easy to update and has a lot of potential, especially with this domain. Also, any elements on the page can be brought up in other PHP pages easily with the functions and PHP files included with the site. Here is some information-
