A quick question:

If you were to verbify the noun "kid," which do you think would be more phonetically correct - kiddify or kidify?

The spelling of the word is "kid" ...adding a nice little "ify" on the end, appearing as "kidify" ...the ideal

Kiddify ...less ideal, overall (in my opinion)
