Philadelphia TM?

Upperdeck trading cards seems to have a TM on the word Philadelphia. But there are many other sites with the word philadelphia in it. Example-philadelphia eagles,poker,cheesestakes you name it. so I reg'd philadephia-casino.com yesterday with hoped of developing it into a great site for poker links, games etc. Am I o.k here?
