So you have 1 potential buyer, and if he says "no thanks" then what?
Other buyers? Think about people with money - businesses, commercial, domainers, investors, etc. Now think how many "
serious" domain name buyers will want such a domain/website considering what the niche is and the trademark issue.
The rest of the potential buyers are fans and kids, and are likely not domainers so would choke on their fizzy pop if you even suggested more than $xx asking price.
He owns '
pewdiepie.com' so why would he want an even longer one? I could likely go reg loads of similar names with "games, gaming, gamer, gamez, etc etc etc", does that suddenly make them
all valuable? No, and that also means yours is not valuable.
Additional warning: Reaching out to the person with the trademark will appear as you bought it to monetise from that person, which strictly goes against the trademark etc and so they'll raise a UDRP get it from you for free (+ some court costs etc).
And if you laugh at that, thinking it's just 'some gamer', go to his official site and click the "terms of use" and when you see you are redirected to "Disney", maybe go run and delete this name before their lawyers email you
"Bright idea" names (especially with a trademark) are not worth your time or money.
Good luck
