Pet Angel Tree -- for Dog Rescue

I work with a non-profit rescue organization (mostly dogs, but some cats). Every year we've done an angel tree at a local store where people donate and we put pets name on an ornament.

This year just having found out we would not be having access to the store, we would like to do a virtual tree. Something like this -- https://sites.target.com/site/en/corporate/page.jsp?contentId=PRD03-003704
We would like to have people be able to put a pet's name and picture on an ornament, or just a name. If they mouseover or click on ornament, larger picture should appear.

Several hundred ornaments should be able to be put on.
