I am not sure what the full rights means.

Just as I have said at the thread ,

I have tried to let the script to support more tlds.I have tested all extensions one by one. Except those extensions that can only be checked at the official registry's website,the rest extensions are supported.

Yes,I sold the former site perfectwhois.com built of the script. But I just sold the domain name and a copy of the script.And I have confirmed this with the buyer when transacting.That means ,I still keep the full rights of the script.
