People wasted too much time in the Wanted to Buy Section

- Unclear budget - What the hell is $1-$1,000?
- Low Ball - $x,xxx for a dictionary word? Keep dreaming

Off course they will receive crap names with those kind of requests.
- Buyers keep posting but the trader rating never changed
- Sellers keep posting "PM sent" even the buyer did not post a budget

Budget $1-$700 - This mean the budget is $1 for each name
Total budget $20,000 - Who care?

You will get what you paid for.
As seller, I don't really want to feed lowballers. Value for me is one and i sell only for the right money.
I agree, never send pm to the buyers without specific budget. I have done this mistake too, but I will not do it again.

 

I agree buyer should be clear about budget.

I always offer reasonable price, plus a small room for bit negotiation. Not "Send me your gems for 10" each.

But, market is going to be depressed for a long time. One can still find good deals. Just be open.

 

I get the impression that many of these 'buyers' are just time wasters to be honest.

overall people waste a ton of time

then there are those very rare cases that make money .buy...sell...

all this sadly still makes it an overwhelmingly waste of time.
