At first sounds interesting. But then, article 7 of their ToS says:

Doesn't make an investor blossom with confidence, does it?
Next, their intro video at peername (dot) com (slash) dot-bit says "Learn more at weusenamecoins (dot) com"; though, weusenamecoins (dot) com seems to be parked for sale. They might have already given up?
Next, I installed their browser extensions in Firefox and Chrome, and none of them opens peername (dot) bit. Somewhere on their site I found a link to dotbit (dot) me, which contains a list of "all the .bit domains with an active website", but out of dozen sites I tried to open, one single site opened, and redirected to a russian site at .ru domain, which seems to describe russian orthodox holidays. Furthermore, dotbit (dot) me seems to be bit domains registrar, too, but their site and registration process seems too dodgy to me...
Overall, the idea certainly has the potential, but these little flaws make me hesitant investing too much into it... I'd like to hear more opinions on that as well.
