Low search volume but some advertisers using Adwords tool. PeanutButterFacts.com also similar volume and unreged if anyone wants it Google trends does not show enough search volume.
Not attractive to me since there are quite a number of strong websites already covering the same area and keywords you would likely compete on.

$50-$100 would be the max to end user.
