Uh, ok, how do i confirm my paypal account if i dont have a check (for the bank one) or a credit card?

and what can i do if i dont confirm it?

Dont think you can confirm it then.

Not sure what happens but probably limitations on what you can send - receive - withdrawl. But not sure.

I believe you can confirm with paypal, using an ID Verify service similar to what Ebay has, but chances are that if you are 18 you can get a Bank Account easy enough to sign-up for paypal.
