Hey,

is it possible to add funds to your paypal account using a credit card, and not having a bank account hooked up either?

I added a credit card to my brothers paypal account, and he wants to be able to add funds to his account using the credit card, is it possible? and if it is how do i do it?

Well you don't have to add funds if you spend the funds and it is not in paypal it automatically deducts from the credit card. Select funding source as your CC.

Is there any handling charge? the 0.3% thing?
