Big question about PayPal

Today i have just received my Mastercard card so i can use it to withdraw and add funds too my PayPal account , since PayPal recently aproved Romania in . Now that`s all good , but when i try to withdraw funds , i get this :

To withdraw funds from your PayPal account to a credit, debit, or prepaid card, add a card with a Visa logo.

This is something i didn`t know , just waited and spent a lot on a Mastercard card and now i have to get a Visa one ? :yell:

That is one, when i try to add funds i get this :

Add Funds is Not Available
PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account.

When you make a payment, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card and instantly credits the seller's PayPal account.

:yell: I just bought an credit card for nothing ? What should i do ? I really need to have a way to add funds and withdraw funds from my PayPal account .

I have atached my credit card today at my PayPal acount , and i have this on my to do list .

I am verry . Please tell me that i didn`t payed for the mastercard and i don`t have how to use it with PayPal :yell:

If you send out a payment it will go off automaticaly off your creditcard. You don't need to upload funds first. That won't work.

Paypal is not like Moneybookers

I`ve seen that , but i allready have funds in PayPal ballance , if i still have funds in PayPal ballance and i want to make a payment , they still go off from my credit card ? And what about withdraw ?

When you make a payment with Paypal, you can choose where the money is coming from.

I am in same trouble like he because paypal is just aproved Lithuania in so i would like to know about withdraw too. Thank you for answers

A friend of mine (in Canada) has a Mastercard from Paypal
when he goes to the store the clerk has to run
it as a creditcard and not a debit option.

In order for him to withdraw funds from an ATM using the
Paypal card he had to call them directly to get information
to set it up. Being in Canada was the issue.
Even though they sent him a pin number and
told him he "could" do it, he still had to make the call as it
just would not work.

Now this was 4 years ago, so you'd think they'd have it fixed by now...

But the way you described what happened makes me think of this
issue...Have you tried to call them?

Now it accepts everything , send and receive and withdraw only for visa cards .
