And i have more problems.
If i accidently accept more money there i.e. after the limit.
how can i get my money.
I know i cant transfer that but i wonder if they (paypal team) send that money to other if i ask them to do that?

The receiving limit will be reset monthy. But the withdrawal limit can only be removed by account verification. Once you reach your withdrawal limit, you cannot 'use' your money indeed.

then i think my money went out.
right?
I think i cant use my account even if i add a credit card.
Because i made that account from india. I am in nepal now.
They do not offer the service for nepal.
Is that right i cant get that money now?

You guys are also at risk of having your accounts turn limited. This is because you are accessing paypal from countries in which they do not offer their services. Once your account becomes limited you will not be able to send money to anyone. My advice to you is to use e-gold or some other alternative.
