PayPal issue.

I was just completing the steps to remove limitations on my paypal account , and now stuck at ''Add credit card and expand use number'' step , well whenever i enter my cc details and click submit it gives me the error ''You cannot add the credit card because your account is limited'' hmm.. if i cannot enter the details how to complete the step ?? :td: someone please help..

At one point I had to apply for the PayPal credit card in order to accept a payment, maybe you could try that? or contact PayPal support to find out what exactly they want you to do.

Thanks for your reply , well i've alredy tried contacting them through emails but haven't received any reply yet ..also tried calling them but it seriously s**ks if you are calling from a different country

Please let us know how it goes... I had the same incident once, but thanks God I was able to enter my credit card and everything went very smooth. Good luck...

You may try to add another credit card.

Or open a new paypal personal account, add your card. If it succeeds, transfer the fund from your previous paypal account, then close it. Use the new account then.

Well i cannot transfer the funds cause the account is limited

What kind of CC are you trying to add. Visa, MC ,etc. Maybe there is a problem with the type of card. Just a thought.

Its the regular visa credit card.
