They have put a restriction on my account because I have used it a lot in the last few days. They are saying “As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the
PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding
your account.”
Now they want bank address, add a credit card then fax them some documentation and then validate the account before I can get my money.
I do not have a bank or debit card as wages when I was working get paid in to my mom’s account and she will not let me add it online. I had a bank account with Barclays until last year long story short I ended that.
Now In my PayPal I have over 400usd and some more coming in the next few hours. Can they do this? It is not as if I am doing anything illegal all I have done is done some design work and won on a few bets from Betfair and Ladbrooks.

Just get a bank account from Halifax (I'm assuming you're UK) with a debit card... it's really not hard to do, and you only have to be the rediculous age of 12 or something to get one.

Yes but if you're 12 you shouldn't be gambling should you.

Fact of the matter is, you can't do much nowadays without a bank account. It'd be simpler to open one and just not use it than not to have one.

That's my advice anyway.

The point is, it's a free (bar the £10 deposit) easy way to get what he needs.
