Hello, I upgrade my Paypal account to business and after I finish the steps needed I get a email from Paypal notice me that I must submit my Fatca information the foreign account tax compliance act, a U.S. tax law (FATCA) to complete upgrading my account when I click on the icon at the end of the Fatca mail inquiry It does not take me to Fatca submit page its just take me to the main Paypal account page now my upgrading is not complete due to this problem and I still need to complete this step which is not allowed to me to complete submitting my Fatca information to finish upgrading my Paypal account, any one face this problem can help about ?
