I try to pay for a domain and when must finish the paymen I saw that...

You're asking us what to do? Submit the documents Paypal is asking for, and they'll probably restore yuor account. If you refuse or can't, then you'll never regain access to your account, and can say bye-bye to your Paypal $.

Well, good luck. I had a hell of a time getting my old, old account unlimited. You won't get anywhere unless you provide everything they want, though.

Go get a Checking account with a "Visa Check Card" included .... if you can -

No, unfortunately nobody can verify it for you, why ? Because I don't think anyone would be willing to verify your account with their credit card or bank account.

It's understandable that PayPal wants you to verify one of those at least, since if you don't have a bank account or credit card assigned to your account then the money that goes in and out doesn't have any actual value, I think.

Also, how old are you ? If you live with your parents you can try and convince one of them to give you their credit card to use with paypal.

Unfortunately, I'd put 3:1 odds that you never get the money back, and I don't have any advice for you in regards to how to, aside from keep calling until you get a good customer service rep (About 1 in 100 , apparently).

When I had a chargeback (worth $xxx), it took 3 mths of explanations, going crazy and pulling my hair to get back at least my account with a few dollars left. PayPal is the worst thing when it comes to Customer Service, that's why you hope and pray that you never get the need to talk to them or explain-- it's always useless

PS: Getting a bank account shouldn't be hard, which country you live in?
