Pay per watch video ads by Google?

I was on a forums today and found a video advertisement similar to youtube videos.

Try it for yourself, it's located on upper left.

This makes me wonder if Pay per watch video ads will come by google :D

Yep i ised it made a thread on it too no one replyed

their CTR is very high but pay off in decimals
