Partner for Potentially Huge Social Site

I've had this great idea for a social website (not social in the sense of Facebook, social in the sense of Formspring), but my friend is too busy to help me, and I lack the capability to do the coding myself. I have a fully-thought-out idea, have a domain, and am willing to help as much I can (logos, template, etc.).

You must have knowledge of HTML/CSS, PHP, and experience working with the Facebook API. I'm thinking of a 50/50 split of profits at the beginning. PM me if you're interested.

no offence , but how do you plan the ownership dispute which may arise as you will keep the nameservers with you i guess. How can someone agree to do the partnership if he feels that once completed you can kick him out.

I am an honest person and respect people who contribute. I would never just revoke the partnership spontaneously.
