ParkingPanel.com Nameservers Problem

I noticed a problem with the nameservers of parkingpanel
When i tried to set the :
NS1.PARKINGPANEL.COM
NS2.PARKINGPANEL.COM
to a registrar, they were rejected because they were "non recognizable"
I talked to Britt and he said he asked his tech guys and they said it's OK

However i run a dnsreport for PARKINGPANEL.com and found :
ERROR: One or more of the nameservers listed at the parent servers are not listed as NS records at your nameservers. The problem NS records are:
ns1.parkingpanel.com.
ns2.parkingpanel.com.
http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=parkingpanel.com

I don't know if this is the problem but SEDOPARKING.com works fine

If you compare these two reports sedoparking has no the error parts of parkingpanel

Any ideas ?

Not sure...wonder if that could have any effect on the accuracy of their their stats and/or our ppc?

That's somehow encouraging, at least found one more having the same problem. Do you think ccTLDs registrars don't work the same way as TLD registrars. Logically not but let's see.

Apparently there must be a difference between them, but I don't know what.

Well playing the DNS expert right now it's the first domain that i see as a basic Nameserver without any setup of NS

Whether it's the nameservers or whatever...parkingpanel now has a major credibility issue with stats...and not just the delay...

I just tried to login but kept getting a bad login/password error.....got it again on the 4th try, but while I was sitting and trying to figure out what was going on, the screen changed, and I was logged in...only to find the stats are still not up for the last three days. Not good.

Also, I would like to point out the "inquire" link is now on the templates. I just dont like where its located (cant see it!)

Britt informed his techs when i told him that his parkingpanel.com domain has no NS setup. I will keep you updated for the results of the nameserver

Regarding the stats if this is their only problem i can live with that

The issue IMO is to offer good ppc rates and friendly support as they do now

Britt emailed, apparently they made some modifications
The nameservers errors fixed to dnsreport
Will check the registrar
