A few people have PM me about it launching the last few weeks. We have been beta testing with about 10 people currently and all is working out super well. We will allow another 10 to sign up this weekend to start to test more on direct to consumer offers with us.

This is a big difference from PPC, much stronger when you have a domain that you know what they are looking for.

Here is some information that they put together on it to explain more. As I said we can only allow 10 more people to join and will go on a first join basis.

Maximize your domain’s earning potential with Parking Empire (www.parkingempire.com):
Parking Empire is a partner with CPA Empire (a premier online marketing firm that generates over 100 million a year in revenue.)By following the same Cost Per Acquisition business model that has proven to be so successful with CPA Empire; we’ve already delivered 100% to 500% increases for Publishers that have utilized our program.

Another caveat of being partners with CPA Empire is that it gives us the opportunity to utilize the positive relationships CPA Empire have cultivated with top end advertisers. This allows us the leverage to work closely with the advertiser to ensure you get a custom landing page with the highest possible payout.

Traditional domain parking services place pay-per-click ads on your underdeveloped site and pay you a percentage of the revenue they generate. These ads may have little relevance to your domain name and payout only pennies per click. We realize that the traffic your domain produces is worth more than just cents.

Types of Offers we have:
Higher payout offers: We work with a multitude of name brand advertisers that pay anywhere from $5 to $70 per lead (Blockbuster, Discover Card, Match.com, etc.)

Email Submits: whenever a user enters his or her email to redeem a gift ranging from an ipod to a $500 visa gift cards. You’ll get $1.50!

Zip Code Submit: whenever a user enters his or her zip code to redeem a gift ranging from an ipod to a $500 visa gift cards. You’ll get $1.50!

*Your Account Manager will be more than happy to help you customize the email or zip submit offer to best fit your domain along with the gift the customer will receive.

Special Features:
*Our System tracks offers performance in real time (there’s no lag time in seeing how an offer is performing.)
*We have payout programs that consist of weekly, bimonthly, & monthly checks.

Please Feel Free to signup at www.ParkingEmpire.com and your account manager will assist you asap.

We look forward to showing you increased profits with our cost per acquisition parking program!!

This business concept seems to fit the void between traditional parking programs with or without Adsense. Since this is different from a monetization perspective, is there an average cpa rate that is considered normal? ie., 5%, 10% etc...

Good Question:

Here's some examples:
*[zip code submit] offer - - all the customer needs to enter in is his/her zip code...so we look for a 7% to 20%+ conversion rate.
Since the payout is generally lower (~1.40 a lead...we look for a higher conversion rate to compensate for the lower payout)

On a short lead gen. that asks for some general info (name, email, etc.) & pays out ~$5 to $20 lead; we look for 3% to 10%+ conversion rate.

For an offer (i.e, blockbuster, auction money kit, etc.) where the advertiser asks for cc info - - we tend to payout $30 to $70 - - we look for a 1% to 5%+ conversion rate.

*please remember that conversion rates can be much higher with the right domain and landing page (that's why we encourage you to work closely with your account manager)
*these percentages are meant to give you a general idea.

Also, thanks for all who have signed up - - since we're a new program, i encourage you to utilize your account for anything needed.
*matching offers with your domains
*emailing you links
*walking you through the program

Hi Doug,
Will domain names be revealed to advertisers/sponsers? Some people may use sensitive domains.
