Hello, Would I get in trouble if I would park my domain for money? The domain name is a well known fashion company name but it is also a common girl name. I beleive that I would get some traffic but I am afraid about getting sued. Can someone explain the situation for me?

p.s to be more clear, Imagine that I have, for example, www.bentley.am domain. It is a well known car name but it is also a boy name.

More than likely, if you park it, the ads will include ads for the TM/brand. That basically hands them a UDRP win if you do that since the courts look at that as intentional abuse of their TM (don't recall the legal term for it).

Never put ads for a domain that could potentially show ads for a TM/brand/product that overlaps with your domain name. Even without parking it, you could be fighting an uphill battle legally already (see the Lidia UDRP), but this would basically seal the deal against you.

Hope this helps!
