Hello,

I have a few domains that I am not using and I want to setup some revenue pages. Is it better to park them with a service or should I host them myself?

Whats the pros and cons of pointing them to a parking service rather than just doing it myself.

Thanks

Develop them as mini sites and put google adsense.

Just make sure you use your own content, because they can compare text thats cut from other sites, and ban you.

I agree. Parking pages don't pay as much CPC. It'd be best to just 'rent' advertising space than parking the domains.

Do your host allow multiple domain hosting?
If so, this mini sites thing works well.
Just develop them in sub folders and
point your domains. Then they will work
as separate sites to the outside world.

Yes, I have my own server so I can set them up individually. Does the adsense program (or any other) have a script or code that I can put on my pages to make it look like those parked pages?

You shouldn't make them look like parking pages. ppl have a 'blindness' for them; most ppl see one, recognize it easily, and then press back on their browser a second later. If you want to make any money from adsense, you'll have to be more creative with the ads.

True. I am looking for a search page solution also so they can find alot of related things.

Develop it yourself and put AdSense. U will see at least 200% difference in daily revenues compared to parking it. From my experience at least.

You could use search feeds although the PPC is usually very low. You'll do better with a made-for-adsense site.

We might want to re-phrase that Archangel.

MFA's are against Google's TOS and can and will get you banned.
Develop a site with original content, then consider adding Adsense.

Hmmm good point.
The thing I was trying to highlight was that many smaller companies, like searchfeed.com will do just about what the OP wants but they pay like, 2-3 cents a click, in many cases.
