Been sitting on a portfolio of ~40 domains for a few years. Mostly parked them on Sedo and GoDaddy, hoping the passive income would be meaningful. It wasn't.
The numbers are brutal: one of my better domains got 764 clicks last year and earned $0.16. Not $16. Sixteen cents. I've seen similar complaints in threads here — parking in 2024/2025 is essentially dead unless you have major-league traffic.
So I started experimenting with a different approach: instead of parking, build a lightweight affiliate content site around the domain's niche. The idea is simple — if the domain has topical relevance, an AI-generated content site with relevant affiliate links should out-earn a parked page at basically any traffic level.
The problem was doing this at scale. Building and maintaining content sites for 40 domains manually is a full-time job. So I built a tool to automate it: DomainBloom.
How it works:
I'm not here to spam — I'm genuinely curious what the community thinks. A few questions:

How it works:
- You point your domain at it
- It generates a niche-matched content site with AI (articles, product recommendations, affiliate links)
- The site updates automatically over time
- No coding required
I'm not here to spam — I'm genuinely curious what the community thinks. A few questions:
- Has anyone else experimented with turning parked domains into affiliate/content sites? What was your experience?
- What niches have worked best for you when monetizing beyond parking?
- Any red flags I should be aware of before scaling this approach further?
