Parking programs with management API.

I was reading namepros for about two weeks, and finally decided to register and post a question that is circling in my mind for some time:

Are there any parking programs(except sedo), that are offering management API? Also, why big ones, like like hitfarm,fabulous,parked don't?

Actually Parked does offer an API. But you have to qualify for it.

No, not like that. We allow some of our customers to add/modify their domains via an API. The same goes for stats, etc...
