Paid parking redirects?

All of the paid parking programs (Sedo, Afternic, etc.) I have looked at forbid redirecting traffic from another domain to the parked domain. Two questions: (1) Why do you think they make this rule? It seems like the parking program would want you to get maximum traffic to maximize their profits (2) Does anyone know of any paid parking program that allows redirects?

becuase you could redirect hundreds of names to one and it wouldnt be an accurate count of hits, and these hits would be displayed to prospective buyers. Just park the one you want to redirect aswell. Theres no need to point to one name.

1) The ads wouldn't be as targeted to the visitor
2) Easier to police against fake traffic/fraud without redirects from other domains.
