1) Apparently certain names do better with certain parking companies. Is this primarily because:
- The parking page designs from that company generate more clicks from certain industries?
- Different parking companies use different ad networks that have different advertisers and therefore different CPCs?
- Different revshares?
- Some other reason?
If the answer is "all of the above", I'd still like to know what factor(s) are most significant.
