Parked.com Requires 10 Domains?

I just tried to signup for Parked.com, and I currently have 7 domains. I got an error message that you had to include 10 domains, so I couldn't sign up.

Do to certain people who decided to attempt to cheat us in the past, we raised the minimum number of domains to signup for Parked to 10. If you have more than 10 domains, please add them. Our system will evaluate your application and let you know if you are approved or not.

I think it will work, you only need to own 10 domains to sign up.
But are you sure you will reach the minimum payout (20$)?

Maybe you can have some experience parking by registars where you can park and earn each month (as credit) without minimum payout (for example dynadot)
