let me tell you something - parked, together with 3 or 4 other ppc services that i park my domains with are very professional - they do not kick you out or withhold any money if you don't cheat - period !

i park domains since 2002 and i tried many ppc services and not one service did not pay ( of course i don't click on my own ads either )

there are good days and there are !@#$%^& days and one would think after doing this for so long i get used to it - but,no i don't get used to it( and trust me when i say this but donny,my account manager and all the people at parked do their best to work with you to keep you on board )- .... if you don't CHEAT ......
I did not ask you the question , only if parked workers answer the questions would be nice , you are or somebodyelse are not mine interlocutor.

epasport - Our fraud team can determine if people are breaking our rules. We have a whole team whose job is to find invalid clicks and fraud. It's not very hard to find them in most cases either. I think you are confusing a few things, you have invalid clicks where a bot or competitors click on your domains with the hope of getting you kicked out. The other one is user fraud, where he owner of the domain clicks on his own domains by many different means.

99.9% of the time we only terminate people when they are clicking on their own domains. Anytime we terminate an account for fraud, we tell our providers that the account was terminated so the revenue is returned to the advetiser.

Actually we paid $2.1M for computer.com since the original company who won the domain didn't pay for the domain. How did we pay for the domain? Maybe we have our own domains that we own. Parked was created based on our own system that we have used for our own domains for the last 7 years. We buy domains all of the time, if you knew anything about tax laws you would understand why we buy big domains.

Donny

Donny , If user did not do fraud ,did not cheat , if company does fraud parked or other parking company because not wanted giving money and if the withhold money does not goes to advertisers. I want to learn does anybody like a inspector comes to company investigates this issue? can parking companies freely walk? also parking companies can make a fraud it is very possible not only user. Objective person must come and look whats going on this can be provide with law ,the laws are too weak for domain parking.Domain parking is new idea. Objective inspectors needed. Then maybe company is terminated if they deserves.

Ok...personal attacks aside Cy, this is the second time a certain NP member has come into this thread and accused Parked.com, and in turn Donny of being dishonest in their dealings. Check out this thread from about page 180-182 (I think).

Personally, I wish people would keep things like this within the realms of PM's and not try to drag companies and their employers through the mud with comments for which they provide no hard facts.

I'll say no more

Search all forum , not only this thread a certain np member was accused by Donny as a dishonest, Do you need a fact? I need a fact too , %99.9 parked terminated account holder accused by Donny as a click their own domains, this is a big insulting and distant from a fact. Ex customers accused of being dishonest from a parked worker.Parked at the moment customers believe Donny but people who terminated account most of them disagree with Donny.I am not doing personal attacks, I am asking questions as my democratic right to Donny. Two persons are talking other third parties must support parked in pms.

I have a very hard time understanding what you're getting at, but I think the issue is - you've made your point, and Donny has given you an answer, probably all the answer you're going to get in a public forum, moreover, unless you are talking about your own personal relationship with parked, it would be highly inappropriate and unprofessional for him to discuss with you what happened with anyone else's account, particularly in public. And I'm pretty sure he wouldn't and won't do it. So there's not much point in nattering on about this in this item; if you need further clarification, you should take it up with the company privately. You've taken it as far as it can go here.

What if a person owns 10,000 domains. Surely he cannot remember all the names he owns. So, while searching for new domains to reg, he types in the url and lands on a Parked page. Seeing the links interested him, he clicks on the advertisement, not realizing that he's clicking on ads displayed on his domain. So... do you terminate his account? Accidents do happen you know?

and that reminds me of what another member said a while back.

It was my grandma, she clicks on all my names. I did not ask her to but she does, Lol.

How did grandma find out all the names that person owned?.

I expect, as with the PPC programs like AdSense, they look for patterns. I very much doubt anyone gets booted for one accidental click.

This is from nearly 2 months ago.. but maybe it will become true? Donny! Talk to Yahoo.. we want our arbitrage back!!

Donny said:
Something I thought about this weekend was that I forgot that we also had Microsoft's offer to buy Yahoo. Obviously Yahoo and Google don't want Microsoft to buy Yahoo. So how do you make the offer worth way too much? Cut the revenue in half. So if Yahoo in mid quarter stops arbitrage, they make say 25% less than they did last quarter. Microsoft looks at the bid once the numbers are announced and walks away from the table. Yahoo could then come back and say let's start it back up. :) I know it's a far stretch, but I wouldn't doubt something like this would happen.

Now that Microsoft has abandoned the Yahoo offer, lets wait and hope that, this theory catches on to their management.

One thing's for sure, Yahoo stock is going to plunge tomorrow morning. Pity the shareholders. They must be highly pissed off at management rejecting the M$ offer. This is not the end of this story. Microsoft will be back in a few months time with an even lower offer. By then the Yahoo stock will probably be worth $20 or lower.
