Sorry - "just tried" to move 129 domains over to Parked - but....

Control panel sucked and was hard to understand

Kept getting thumbs down for keywords even though they really do exist....

And most annoying of all - had to keep logging in, and losing anything I had done previous....

I'll stay at Sedo for now, or until I find something better....

Just this idiots observation - First impressions really do make the biggest impressions....

Personally, I have never seen a better control panel than Parked has. It has some problems, but it is still faster and easier to use and understand than Sedo or Fabulous.

I just checked keyword editing to make sure I was not crazy, but there is no thumbs up/ thumbs down for keywords - either they present the ad results you want or they don't. I put in the keywords "ti wa bo ba" and it was still accepted.

I have never once been automatically logged off by Parked. I can leave a Parked tab on my browser a week and come back and begin editing without logging back in.

I agree with you and they continue to improve their service. I will move more domains in my parked account while not develop.

I have told you why in my PM.

Stockscentral.net has no "mind share" with the public; it is not getting uninfluenced natural type-ins. That much is guaranteed.

So, the only worth it has is while it is still getting residual expired traffic, or if it is making money off of confusion or similarity with another domain, or an uninformed end-user makes a bad decision and buys that name for development, or if it means something to you personally. Outside those reasons I can see absolutely no value in the domain name - IMHO.

Steven,
We have seen the same thing in some accounts, but it's across the board in the account, so like in your account, your hits and clicks are down not just one. I look at some others that are normal and some others that are up. So I think it's just a normal up and down phase, or maybe some of your traffic was on Easter break.

Results have been way down. . Mostly due to Ask termination.

I am dying to hear about partners that pay well on Indian Traffic.

This is just a matter of presentation!
The same revenue is divided by UNIQUES and by CLICKS, whichever you prefer to see. BigJumbo does not report clicks at all, for example - just uniques and revenue.

Ummmmm 6 users and 8 clicks spells payment for multiple clicks by same user.

My results have been pretty pathetic recently, but it's no worse at Parked than anywhere else. Actually, I've been slowly but surely moving more and more of my domains INTO Parked. When I do get traffic at all, it seems to pay the best there, the service is unequaled, and I can let my names sit there and percolate while I decide what to keep, what to let drop, what to develop, and so on. I don't blame Parked for any downturn; it's the entire industry.

If there was *one* thing I could wish for from Parked, it would be for better/more tools for optimizing names in bulk. But that's about it.

I agree with Meg. At the end of the day, parked is still a good option(its all relative, so understand "good" within context) for domainers.

I agree whole heartedly, and to use Tina Turner's words, they are "Simply the Best". What a shame about Yahoo
