RCK said:I now parked some of my names @ parked.com, and the revenue is much higher than @ SEDO.
IntelBank.com said:Not sure if anyone can help me with this:
one of my domains at parked.com is getting 100% chinese traffic with 54.55% CTR. I'm almost certain that this CTR could actually be higher if the lander would be served based on language analysis. If traffic comes in from Germany, make it German, if it comes from Japan, make it Japanese language landers.
Does parked have this feature and i just happened to miss it?
If not, would this be something to look into? I'm relatively certain that everyones CTR would improve if the sites would be served in the user's native language....
Donny, your take on that?
RCK said:Well, I see that some of my parked sites are in Dutch.
For example -> http://u2eb.com/
Is it also in Dutch when you look at the site?
TheWatcher said:Maybe I can share.
Parked feed is provided by Yahoo, they only allow North America and Europe. Asian traffics is not allowed though you have the option to redirect them from other domain.
Ofcourse Donny will confirm this.
valerie said:Is this revenue that is showing going to stay? I mean is revenue data instant?
I have RPC 0.26 at the moment for like 50 clicks.
Or it will update tomorrow like namedrive?
Donny said:Let me clarify our international support. Our Yahoo feed works with all of the countries and in most cases their native language.
Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, U.K., and U.S.
In some cases when we have found Yahoo's native language support is not as great as it should be, so we have our own system that we can use internally to make a country use our system not what Yahoo recommends.
Now anything that goes to our secondary provider is another story. We completely handle what shows on those domains. Right now if somebody goes to cameras.com from China they will probably see English results, because we haven't found any Chinese results that work. But if you go to cameras.com from say Puerto Rico, you might see the results in Spanish.
Hope this makes sense.
Donny
