Adwords to Adsense isnt wanted from Google and persons that do that lost their Adsense-Account... After Google made this decision it seemed to me that even persons who not wanted to do arbitrage because they are making affiliate-money were blocked only because there were Adsense on the site too...

Dont believe something changed there...

Greetings!
Sebastian

your telling me that if u have a site that offers products.....u cant pay to advertise that site???....as long as u have the content/products that the visitor is wanting to come to your site....u are ok...au can have adsense on that site...and if they happen to click on that adsense...ok....because you are not bringing them to your site to click on adsense.....it just happens to be there..

You are not allowed to do Yahoo to Yahoo per Parked TOS. Violate them and find your account banned ;) You've been warned.

As for Adwords to Adsense, it still works perfectly well assuming you use a niche site with value (10-12 pages of unique content all strung together correctly with the supporting ToS, etc). You can't just drop MFA sites anymore though and expect to last.

I guess I learned something new today! Yay...

There should be no issue as long as your site is decent and does not say "click my ad." Google must have thought about this trick already and it must be silently happy to see the advertisers run such money loops. But Google can't shout it loud to the community. Webmasters who are buying ads from Google and boosting their AdSense are actually helping Google to make more money from high paying advertisers. It’s a win-win game for Google.

Yes, it is illegal if you bring Adwords traffic on poor content. Google will curse you with its SmartPricing phenomenon, and will limit your earnings. Google wants your help, but not at the cost of its own reputation. Never ever try to cheat Google.

Saturdays and Sundays are my low days. But just about any day that there is some sort of major news event, I see a big spike.

There's no official ban on AdWords to AdSense. In fact, Google *encourages* using AdWords to drive traffic to developed, content-rich sites with AdSense on them. They have no problem whatsoever, for example, in my driving traffic to my fireworks site.

See this post from the Google AdSense blog:

AdWords and AdSense - a Perfect Pair

Google does not particularly like AdWords to sites created solely for the purposes of displaying AdSense, but they don't outright ban it - they prefer to make it difficult for those sites to flourish, by means of Smart Pricing (on the AdSense side) and Quality Score (on the AdWords side)

So if you have a developed site, Google is happy to have you, coming and going. If you have parked pages, MFA templates, or thin affiliates pages, you may not do well.

Lately, Google has been asking AdWords advertisers and AdSense publishers who are heavy into this sort of thing to leave. They aren't banned per se (in that they do receive whatever moneys are owed them) but they have been told their business models don't match Google's, and to come back when they have a fully developed site.

Different terms. MSN is banning PPC traffic to parked pages too (and they don't even have their own publishing network as yet) Different companies do it different ways. It doesn't do much good to ask why, since nothing can be done about it.

I have a feeling (i am by no means an expert like netmeg or varon), but as soon as MS acquires yahoo ALL arbitrage will be a thing of the past. MS seam to be very much against it.

AdWords to Adsense on a fully developed site with loads of content is not in my opinion considered Arbitrage......so why would MSFT u feel ban it?

Netmeg, the Blogpost you posted, did you look at the date? It happened at 1.June that Google busted that Accounts. Before that Google tried smartpricing and short after that... it was broken for all that did it on 1.June. I dont know if its the thread but if its not somewhere in the forum should be more about the topic:

http://www.webmasterworld.com/google_adsense/3342640.htm

Its not allowed. Even the persons that made the big money with that, even the one that had made money from lessons about that told me they dont know a way to do it. Even with good selfmade content.

But maybe Im wrong...

@Tonyfloyd

I dont know how Google is calculating it but if you do adwords to sites with adsense on it your adsenseaccount is in danger. Because others lost because of that. Google speaks than of a un... business model or so. Dont know exactly...

@Madpoet

Thats new to me that this still work. All I have heard till now from persons who did it was that its not working anymore...

I'm sorry, Sebastian, but you are mistaken.

Do you do Adwords-Adsense-Arbitrage or why can you say that?

Among other things, I'm a Google AdWords Professional. If I didn't know the rules, I couldn't pass the test. Twice.

PriceQuotes.com doesnt do Arbitrage. But if you have a site you are sending traffic to and making more money with adsense than you paid with adwords its another thing. PriceQuotes.com doesnt do it that way I think.

But... at the end I dont know more than what I wrote. If you know people that do real adwords-adsense-arbitrage I would be interested to learn how they do. Because how I told you before I wanted to do it too and all of the persons that did it before dont know a way to run this special arbitrage-thing again.

Greetings!
Sebastian

Is there a way to check my adwords quality score? If it's low is there a way to instantly make it higher like by either deleting all current campaigns or just opening another account?
