Paid on Escrow.com but it doesn't show

Hi,

I've paid $500 with PayPal on a domain transaction on Escrow.com.

It's been a few hours and when I go to 'my transactions' it tells me I need to choose a payment method, and when clicking on the transaction. "history" doesn't show that any payment was made. just saying "awaiting buyer payment" and tells me to pay.

Is that normal?

I had this happen to me once, took hours to update. Send escrow support an email and check with them.
