What is Pagerank?

Example , if i search "model available" using google and got this result :

model available - Google Search

does this mean it is PR1 for the site modelavailable.com?

Or is this called SERP?

Not really. PR or PageRank is different from spontaneous searching result rankings. The highest PR is 10 and lowest is 0 or n/a. It's sometimes use for website branding purposes as for their authority in topic relevance.

Sometimes, PR doesn't affect much the keyword search result. It depends with how you optimize the site online and on-page. Say, modelavailable.com will not come up yet in every Yahoo, Google or Bing search result since the site isn't developed yet or just newly published and haven't indexed in their search engine database.

What is Pagerank?

PR1 is the lowest (oops, PR0 is the lowest) on a scale of 0 to 10.
So, PR5 is "decent", and PR9 is worth big $$$.

PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an indicator of an individual page's value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves "important" weigh more heavily and help to make other pages "important".

SERP means search engine result page. It tells how your website rank with every keyword over some other competition website/web pages through the net.

Say if your keyword ranks number 1 in every SERP, then you must have beaten some 142,000,000 competing webpages all over the internet.
