hey i do not own this domain but am hoping to pick it up. i currently own byoc.info (build your own computer) and am planning on picking up other computer related info names, and then acquiring a .com that they all run under. now lets get to the point. how much do you think overclock.info would run me?

If it was a bargain before you posted it, it likely isn't any more. Not only against the forum rules, but not very forward thinking in terms of negotiation.
