How do you usually respond?

Do you simply give your pitch/schpeel with the asking price?

And to you Elite Few Domainers and Brokers who pitch 6 & 7 figure names...

Do you usually reply with the asking price via email or ask to set up a phone call (in general) i know every case varies but whats your usual protocol?
