Other than Google, Yahoo & MSN

Do you guys receive any traffic from search engines other than the big three (Google, Yahoo & Msn)? I have only noticed Lycos sending me fewer hits.

i've received some from answers.com, ask.com, altavista.com and a few others. i think some of them use the g/yahoo/msn search engines though but i'm not sure. i don't remember seeing any hits coming from lycos either. nonetheless, the traffic i get outside of the big three is not very appreciable.

these other search engines could be a great place to employ some search engine marketing though, and you might want to look into that.

No, you don't need to, they rely on results from Google, Yahoo, MSN.

I have received small amounts from aolsearch and lycos..thats about it other than the main 3

I get alot of hits from ask.com...though most are from msn and google.

well that's all i can remember for now, i get more traffic from smaller search engines around but i don't remember their names.
