Major searchrank criteria differences btw Google and Yahoo/MSN?

Hello all

Does anyone know of major searchrank criteria differences btw Google and Yahoo/MSN?

I've had an experience that's probably common:

One of my sites gets page-one ranking on Google, but is underwater on Yahoo and MSN. This site is five pages, text-only with minimal graphics, and no video.

Conversely, I have another site that ranks great on Yahoo/MSN, but is on pageXXXX on Google. This site is seven pages, minimal graphics and contains relevant flash video from a syndication site.

What could account for huge ranking differences between the major search engines?

it's a combination of differnt search ranking algorithms they won't leak the info as soon as you think you have figured them out, they go and change their algos.
